Peanut-Peanut Butter Brownies
Peanut butter was first introduced to the general public at the St. Louis World’s Fair in 1904.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 70 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the unsweetened peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the edges of the pan.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.

Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
