Dee’s Applesauce Sour Cream Pancakes

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add the applesauce, sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
