  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, garlic powder, and salt evenly over the dough.
  4. Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles.
  5. Stack the squares or rectangles on top of each other, creating a tower of dough and cheese.
  6. Place the tower in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the tower.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
