  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add quinoa. Cook for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the quinoa patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Toast the slider buns and assemble the sliders with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and quinoa patties.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
