In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the quinoa cakes to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
