In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the crepes warm, topped with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
