Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.

Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.

Top with sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chopped walnuts.
