  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.
  8. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
  9. Top with sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and chopped walnuts.
