Add cooked and shredded chicken breasts, Great Northern beans, chicken broth, chopped green chilies, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the chili is creamy.
