Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely.

Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
