  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
