Cream Puffs
Cream puffs are also known as profiteroles or choux à la crème in French.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low and add flour and salt. Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth and glossy.

Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Cut the cream puffs in half horizontally. Fill the bottom halves with whipped cream.

Place the top halves back on and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
