  3. Add milk mixture and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  9. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side.
  10. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices.
  11. Place the slices in a greased baking dish.
  12. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  13. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  14. Bake the buns for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  15. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  16. Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns.
