  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half to form a triangle.
  4. Press the edges to seal the wonton.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
