Cranberry-Walnut Tart
Cranberries are one of the few fruits native to North America, and they are often associated with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the food processor and pulse until the dough comes together.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.

In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, walnuts, orange zest, orange juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Spread the cranberry-walnut mixture evenly over the tart shell.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
