  1. In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the food processor and pulse until the dough comes together.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and shape into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, walnuts, orange zest, orange juice, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  7. Spread the cranberry-walnut mixture evenly over the tart shell.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
