  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk, whisking until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a flan mold or individual ramekins.
  5. Place the mold or ramekins in a larger baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the mold or ramekins.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the flan is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flan to fully set.
  9. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold or ramekins and invert onto a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with orange slices or zest, if desired.
