Cranberry Swirl Loaf
Cranberries are one of the few fruits native to North America and have been used by Native Americans for centuries.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Spoon half of the cranberry sauce over the batter and swirl it with a knife.

Pour the remaining batter over the cranberry swirl and spoon the rest of the cranberry sauce on top.

Swirl the cranberry sauce into the batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice and serve.
