Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.

Allow the bars to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
