  2. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  3. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half.
  4. Place the bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bananas are soft.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Once the bananas are baked, dip each banana into the melted chocolate mixture, coating it completely.
  8. Sprinkle chopped nuts and shredded coconut over the chocolate-coated bananas.
  9. Place the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
