Baked Banana & Chocolate Popsicles

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel the bananas and cut them in half.

Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half.

Place the bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the bananas are soft.

Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Once the bananas are baked, dip each banana into the melted chocolate mixture, coating it completely.

Sprinkle chopped nuts and shredded coconut over the chocolate-coated bananas.

Place the bananas back on the baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
