Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped raspberries.

Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set around the edges.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
