  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, ground cinnamon, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour the cranberry glaze over the cream cheese mixture in the pan. Use a knife to swirl the glaze into the cheesecake batter.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the springform pan.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
