  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, granulated sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the cranberry mixture and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. In another saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart shell and spread evenly. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the chocolate layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  8. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
