Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the cheese sauce. Stir until well coated.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
