In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until well combined.

Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into small pieces and stir them into the pudding mixture.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.

Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.

Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
