Coffee Madeleines
Madeleines are a classic French pastry that have a distinctive shell shape, thanks to the special madeleine molds they are baked in.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 55 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the madeleine molds.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules.

Add the eggs to the wet mixture and whisk until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the greased madeleine molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the madeleines are golden brown and spring back when touched.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes in the molds.

Gently remove the madeleines from the molds and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
