Coffee Cookie Dough Fudge Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, crush the coffee cookies until fine crumbs form.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.
