In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the coconut milk, lime zest, and lime juice.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the shredded coconut.

Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
