Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add coconut milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Beat until well combined.

Stir in shredded coconut. Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
