Blondies are often referred to as ‘brownies without chocolate’ and are a popular dessert in American cuisine.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the grated zucchini and chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
