  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the dough into a 12x9-inch rectangle.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  9. Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the dough. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and water to make the glaze.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls. Serve and enjoy!
