  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar swirl.
