  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, powdered sugar, all-purpose flour, and cinnamon powder.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg whites, mixing gently.
  6. Pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined.
  7. Grease the financier molds and fill them with the batter.
  8. Cut the figs into quarters and place them on top of the batter.
  9. Drizzle honey over the figs.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let the financiers cool in the molds for 10 minutes.
  12. Remove from the molds and serve.
