Cinnamon Cream Roll-ups
Cinnamon was once considered more valuable than gold in ancient Egypt.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and brush with melted butter.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the pastry sheets.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry sheets into a log.

Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

Remove the roll-ups from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the warm roll-ups.
