  2. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and brush with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the pastry sheets.
  5. Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry sheets into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  10. Remove the roll-ups from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  11. Drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the warm roll-ups.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
