Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined.

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.

Pour the melted butter into the prepared baking dish. Spread the batter evenly over the melted butter.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
