Halloween Cupcakes
Halloween cupcakes are a popular treat during the Halloween season, often decorated with spooky designs and colors.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the boiling water to the batter, mixing until smooth.

Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and fill each liner with batter until about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and orange food coloring, mixing until smooth and fluffy.

Frost the cooled cupcakes with the orange frosting and decorate with Halloween-themed decorations.
