In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until the dough comes together.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.

In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, cornflakes cereal, brown sugar, and melted unsalted butter. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.

Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly, jelly-roll style.
