Christmas Mincemeat or Jam Turnovers

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 equal squares.

Place a tablespoon of mincemeat or jam in the center of each square.

Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges to seal.

Place the turnovers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the turnovers with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
