  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the dough becomes smooth and shiny.
  6. Using a piping bag, pipe small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle pearl sugar on top of each mound.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
