  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the madeleine molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and matcha powder to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the madeleines are golden brown around the edges.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool in the molds for a few minutes.
  9. Transfer the madeleines to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, dip the madeleines in melted chocolate and let them set.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
