  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into individual tart shells and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Allow the tarts to cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
