Spritz cookies are a traditional German Christmas cookie, but they can be enjoyed all year round!
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 60 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 9.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fill a cookie press with the dough and press out cookies onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cookies are cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with sprinkles. Let the chocolate set before serving.
