In a heatproof bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and heavy cream. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the salted peanuts on top.
