  7. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  8. In one bowl, mix in orange zest and juice.
  9. In the other bowl, mix in cocoa powder.
  10. Spoon alternating dollops of the two mixtures onto the biscuit base.
  11. Use a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
  12. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  13. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door slightly open.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
