Chocolate-Orange Marble Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.

Press the mixture into the base of a greased springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture into two bowls.

In one bowl, mix in orange zest and juice.

In the other bowl, mix in cocoa powder.

Spoon alternating dollops of the two mixtures onto the biscuit base.

Use a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
