Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice and gelatin. Allow it to bloom for 5 minutes.

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Allow them to cool, then roughly chop them.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, orange juice mixture, sugar, vanilla extract, whipped cream, and orange zest. Mix well.

Gently fold in the chopped hazelnuts.

Divide the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
