  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the hazelnut spread, sour cream, and flour until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
