  3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the peanut butter mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed pretzels.
  5. Shape the dough into small truffles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Melt the chocolate candy coating according to the package instructions.
  8. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  9. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
