  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crust, melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chopped walnuts. Sprinkle evenly over the chocolate cookie crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the buttercream filling, custard powder, icing sugar, softened butter, and milk until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crumb layer.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter for the chocolate topping over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour over the buttercream filling layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into bars and serve.
