Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until well combined.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and eggs, stirring constantly.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Fold in the mixed nuts and vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
