Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the greased baking dish.

In a saucepan, heat the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the eggs while whisking continuously.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish. Press down the bread cubes to make sure they are soaked in the mixture.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the bread cubes.

Melt the butter and drizzle it over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
