  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Once the cheesecake has cooled, spread the peanut butter cream over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
