Chocolate Chai Mini-Loaves
Chai is a traditional Indian spiced tea that is often enjoyed with milk and sugar. Combining the flavors of chai with chocolate in these mini-loaves creates a unique and delicious treat!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini-loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the chai tea concentrate and milk. Mix until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among the mini-loaf pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
